Searching Facebook by hand doesn't scale

😮‍💨 Doing it manually
  • Search the name. Scroll. Open five Pages.
  • Compare the profile picture by eye
  • Guess whether the fan page is really theirs
  • Never notice who is re-uploading their videos
  • 5–10 minutes per creator
⚡ With BatchFinder
  • Paste the whole list once
  • Pictures compared by face recognition
  • Every match scored, with the reasoning shown
  • Content thieves flagged automatically
  • You do nothing while it runs

Four steps, all automatic.

1

Reads their profile

Name, bio, profile picture, recent videos and titles — the public fields any visitor sees.

2

Searches Facebook

By their name and handle — and separately by their own video titles, which is how it catches re-uploaders.

3

Verifies each candidate

Opens every likely Page and re-checks the bio, picture and thumbnails against the creator.

4

Scores and explains

A 0–100 confidence per Page, with a breakdown so you can see exactly what matched.

It also finds who is stealing their videos

Plenty of Pages re-upload a creator's reels under no branding at all. Those Pages will never appear in a name search — so BatchFinder searches the creator's own video captions too, and any Page carrying their clips shows up whether it wants to or not.

Identity and content are scored separately, on purpose. A Page with 80% of someone's videos and 11% of their identity is not a weak match — it is a different finding, and BatchFinder says so in plain words instead of burying it in a low percentage.

Everything in the beta

📋

Bulk by default

One creator per line, or hundreds. Mix Instagram, YouTube and TikTok links in the same batch — each URL picks its own platform.

🎯

Confidence, explained

Every match shows its score and the breakdown: name, handle, bio and picture, each with its own bar.

🙂

Face recognition

Compares faces, not just pictures — so the same person matches even in a completely different photo.

⚠️

Content-theft detection

Searches their own video titles on Facebook and flags any Page re-uploading them under other branding.

📊

Page insights

Followers, category, verified badge, whether it posts reels, and how recently — shown as pass / fail / unknown.

🧭

Creator discovery

Give it one creator and it pulls the accounts each platform already recommends alongside them.

🗂️

Remembers what you scanned

Repeat a sweep of the same niche and it only costs you the names you haven't worked yet.

👍

Learns from you

Rate matches with 👍/👎 and it adjusts how much each signal counts for your niche.

Set up in 30 seconds

No account, no API key, no license key. Download it and start scanning.

  1. 1

    Download & unzip

Put the folder somewhere permanent — like C:\Tools\BatchFinder. Chrome loads it from that exact path, so don't delete or move it afterwards.

    ⬇ Download BatchFinder
  2. 2

    Open Chrome extensions

Go to chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode using the toggle in the top-right corner.

  3. 3

    Load unpacked

Click Load unpacked (top-left) and pick the folder you unzipped — the one that directly contains manifest.json. Then pin BatchFinder to your toolbar.

  4. 4

    Log into Facebook, then scan

Make sure you're logged into facebook.com in the same browser — the search runs as you. Click the BatchFinder icon, paste your creators, and hit Find Facebook Pages.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for the whole beta — no license key and no limits. It will become a paid product later, but anything you scan during the beta costs nothing. In exchange we'd like to hear what breaks.

Do I need a Facebook account?

Yes. Facebook's search only works for logged-in users, and BatchFinder searches as you, in your own browser. It never asks for your password — it simply uses the session you already have.

What does the confidence score actually mean?

How much of the creator's identity the Page matches: name, handle or a link back to their profile, bio, and profile picture. Each signal has a weight, and any signal that couldn't be measured is dropped rather than counted as zero — so a thin result looks uncertain instead of looking bad. Open Why this score on any match to see all of it.

Is a high score proof it's their Page?

No, and it isn't meant to be. It's a ranked lead to confirm with your own eyes — that's why every score comes with its reasoning instead of just a number.

How does it find Pages stealing someone's content?

It takes the creator's own recent video captions, strips the hashtags and emoji, and searches Facebook for the sentence that remains — the line a re-uploader would have copied word for word. Any Page carrying those clips surfaces even if its name has nothing to do with the creator.

Does the face recognition identify people?

It only compares two pictures you already gave it — the creator's profile picture and a candidate Page's — and says how alike the faces are. It does not search for faces, build a database, or identify anyone. Everything runs offline inside your browser; no image is ever uploaded.

Do you see my creator lists or my results?

No. BatchFinder has no server at all — there is no account, no licence check and no telemetry. Your lists, results and history stay in your browser.

Which browsers work?

Any Chromium browser with side-panel support — Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc. Firefox and Safari are not supported.

What if it stops finding anything?

Facebook changes its search layout fairly often, which can break the part that reads the results. If a scan suddenly returns nothing for everyone, message us on WhatsApp and we'll push an update.
